We carefully plan our breeding program by only breeding exceptional dogs!  These dogs have passed OFA and CERF  certifications.  All puppies are sold as "Family Pets" with a "Limited Registration"(unless previous arrangements have been made).  With a "Limited Registration", your dog is eligible for AKC obedience, agility and field trials-NOT for conformation, or breeding programs.   We do not want our dogs being bred without having OFA and CERF clearances done, or to just any labrador and especially NOT to be involved in any "Labradoodle"(over priced, designer, MUTTS!!!) breedings!!  

 We reserve the right to first picks in all litters.

We accept deposits and you will pick your puppy in order of deposits received.  Deposits are 1/2 total purchase price.  Deposit will be for either male, or female.   If you have first deposit on a male, you will pick first male.  Second deposit picks second, etc..  First deposit female picks first female.  You will be given a day and time that you must pick on.  If you are unable to pick at that time and you weren't able to pick sooner, we will pick for you!  Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old to go home.  Each puppy will be examined by our vet and have a health certificate listing all shots given and times of wormings.  You will also receive a copy of the pedigree, a copy of our "Puppy Contract" that we and you will sign, a "new puppy" packet and a small bag of "Large Breed Puppy Food".  We are also here to answer any questions you might have now and in the future, on the care of your new puppy.

Full Registration: This dog has the potential of show and breeding quality.

Eligible for all AKC events, with no restrictions.

Limited Registration: This dog is being sold as a family pet and is eligible for

AKC obedience, agility and field trials. NOT for

conformation shows, or breeding programs. This

registration can be changed at a later date by the

breeder for an additional $ _________, if the dog

proves to be of breeding quality. Dog must pass hip

certification with OFA and must pass eye certification

by a licensed ophthalmologist.

 

We have carefully planned our breeding program by only breeding exceptional quality dogs. These dogs have passed OFA and CERF certifications. Therefore, we stand behind our dogs and offer the following warranties listed below:

HEALTH WARRANTY: It is the consumer’s right, pursuant to section 828.29, Florida Statutes, to receive a certificate of veterinary inspection with each dog, or cat purchased from a pet dealer. Such certificate shall list all vaccinations and de-worming medications administered to the animal and shall state that the animal has been examined by a Florida licensed veterinarian who certifies that to the best of his/her knowledge, the animal was found to have been healthy at the time of the veterinary inspection. The purchaser has 48 hours from time of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays, in which to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian for a clean bill of health.

Should a licensed veterinarian find the animal unfit for purchase due to health, congenital, or hereditary disorders only, within the time period, the breeder will exchange said animal.

No part of parcel of the veterinarian costs associated shall be refunded to the buyer. The buyer and breeder hereby agree to exchange the animal when another of the same color and sex becomes available. If replacement puppy is not desired by the buyer, then breeder will sell this replacement puppy and proceeds (up to original purchase price) will be given to the buyer.

After 48 hours, the buyer waives his rights to section 828.29, Florida Statutes and to return the puppy for any health, congenital, or hereditary disorders, other than those described herein.

HIP AND EYE WARRANTY: Breeder also guarantees the puppy for a period of 12 months from the time of birth, against Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) and Canine Hip Dysplasia (CHD). Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement puppy of same sex and color, when available, once dog has been returned to breeder within three months of evaluation letter, or dog is spayed/neutered and all paperwork given to the owner at time of purchase, is returned to breeder. If a replacement puppy is not desired, then breeder will sell replacement puppy and proceeds (up to original purchase price) will be given to the buyer.

Conditions of guarantee:

The dog must be owned by the original owner who purchased the dog.

The dog must not have sired, or whelped a litter.

PRA: If a certified veterinarian ophthalmologist determines that your dog has PRA, you must notify breeder by letter, or email, along with a copy of the report.

CHD: A certified veterinarian must submit directly to the breeder, or breeder’s veterinarian, a letter stating the condition of your dog’s hips and the X-rays taken before one year of age. If these X-rays are questionable by the breeder, or breeder’s veterinarian, breeder will request that the X-rays be submitted to OFA for a preliminary evaluation.

If CHD is suspected to be caused by environmental conditions, or nutrition, NO warranty shall apply for hips.

NO part of parcel of the veterinarian costs associated shall be refunded to the buyer.

 

Any other specific term, or condition will be listed below:

If in the future, the buyer can no longer keep the dog, the dog is to be returned to the breeder. This dog is NOT to be turned into any animal shelter, or rescue group. The breeder shall find a suitable home for the dog.

I(we), the purchaser(s), of this puppy, have read all the terms, conditions and waivers of this contract and I(we) agree by our signature(s) below and initials on page one, to all of its terms. This document is governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, Clay county.
